Who, What, Where, When...?

Q: Where is Adare located?
A: The property is situated on 2,300 feet of road frontage on the left-hand side of Moores Mill Road, heading east just past the society hill four-way stop intersection. It's roughly 2.4 miles, a 3-minute drive, from Publix.
Q: Can I visit the property before making a decision?
A: Yes, yes, yes! Please contact Adare Development Group through the website via phone or email, one of the preferred builder's, or Joey Long with Real Estate Services Auburn-Opelika. For more information, please refer to the "Contact Us" page.
Q: What is the expected timeline for completion?
A: Construction has begun and Phase I is expected to be completed by February. Lots will be available to close with in 30 days of plat recording.
Q: Once I purchase a lot, how soon do I have to start building? A: You have 12 months from the closing date of your lot to start building. More details on this can be explained by your preferred builder.
Q: What will the HOA dues be? A: TBD, but you can expect they will be standard dues for an estate lot development.
Q: Is the lot reservation deposit refundable?
A: Yes, as long as the request is made within the approved time frame. More details can be found in the "Lot Reservation Contract."
Q: What schools will this development be zoned for?
A: Phase I of Adare has been annexed into the city of Auburn and is zoned for Auburn City Schools. Additional information can be found on the city's website.
Q: How does the reservation and buying process work? A: The friends and family lot reservation process is extremely easy! Follow the lot reservation steps listed on "The Neighborhood" page. Remember, you are securing a lot with a signed reservation contract and deposit. You will be required to close on the lot 30 days after the plat has been recorded. For more information, please refer to the "Lot Reservation Contract Terms" page.
Q: What are the financing options for purchasing a lot?
A: Adare does not offer financing options. Please refer to " Contact Us" page for a list of Adare's preferred lender's and builders for more information.
Q: What are the guidelines and or restrictions for building? A: Adare Estates will have an architecture review board that will oversee all aspects of the build process. . A copy of the proposed ARC bylaws will be avaible soon. For more information please contact your preferred builder.
Q: Are there preferred builders? Can I hire my own builder?
A: We are thrilled to announce that the four most sought-after custom home builders in Auburn will be the preferred builders in Adare. You may choose any of those approved builders. Please visit "The Builders" page for more information.
Q: What are the amenities and features of the neighborhood? A: What makes Adare so special is the 80+ acres of walking trails, streams, and abundant green spaces. We are proud to announce that A.D.G is in talks to partner with the City of Auburn to connect its newest and most anticipated park, accessed off Society Hill! More details to come...
Q: When will the lots be available for purchase?
A: Lot reservation contracts will be available starting September 6th for "friends and family." If you know of someone interested in reserving a lot, please have them contact us so we can add them to our list!
